Privacy Policy

Plain language, no legal padding. Last updated January 2025.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name (if provided), and whatever message you send us. That's it, we don't track you across the site, and we don't collect anything you didn't type into that form.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your inquiry. Your submission is stored in our database and triggers an email notification to us, so we can follow up. We don't use it for marketing lists, we don't sell it, and we don't share it with third parties.

Where it's stored

Submissions are stored in Supabase, a hosted database provider, and email notifications are sent through Resend. Both are standard infrastructure providers, neither has any independent right to use your data beyond delivering it to us.

Cookies and tracking

As of this writing, this site does not use analytics or tracking cookies. If that changes, we'll update this page to reflect it before it happens, not after.

Your rights

You can ask us what we have on file, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely, anytime, no reason required. Email hello@nevoniq.com and we'll handle it directly, no form, no runaround.
